Once we send you the website design we'll need you to approve (or send amendments) within 24 hours. That will then give us time to make the changes and get the site ready to go live.
All payment are managed via Stripe – one of the worlds largest and most secure online payment services. When you order your website and pay the first instalment you'll set up a Stripe account that we'll use for next 2 website payments and the ongoing hosting and maintenance.
Yes, you do. Hosting is where the site files live so visitors can access it around the world. And maintenance makes sure that your site is always secure and up-to-date. Without regular maintenance your website could become prone to security vulnerabilities and hacking. The hosting and maintenance contract lasts for a minimum of 12 months. After that you are free to transfer the site to your own Webflow account – but we'll be unable to make update.
